Newly decorated hotel, staff were exceptionally nice and the location was incredible in Les Arch 1600 or most French ski resorts. The breakfast was great with croissants and meats, as for instance and attention to detail.

Easy access to pistes, convenient ski room, comfortable room, nice view. Enjoyed the spa. Staff friendly.
Dinners could be better, main courses especially. Spa enjoyable but very small, not conducive to use by more than a couple of people at once and really needed a changing room separate from the shower and/or an additional public shower for use between facilities, also desperately needs drinking water. Very hard to get any drinks service except in restaurant, bar never staffed and it seemed an inconvenience when we asked for a drink.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and provided prompt answers to any questions or requests. The rooms were small, but very clean and had a wonderful view over the valley below. The jacuzzi/sauna/exterior bath were a wonderful surprise and the perfect way to end a day of skiing. The buffet breakfast was fairly standard but honest, and the evening meals were of a consistently high standard.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
